RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Buyers who shop online can deliver their products within 7 business days after the delivery of the product they purchased. This right, without having to give any reason and at the same time the shipping fee belongs to the seller, is called the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
HOW IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL USED?
The buyer must notify the seller that he will exercise his right of withdrawal within 7 days after the delivery of the product. If this notification is made, the seller delivers the product price to the buyer within 10 days at the latest. All fees paid during delivery belong to the seller. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, there must be an invoice or receipt for the product. Otherwise, the consumer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal.
IN WHICH CONDITIONS AND PRODUCTS IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL NOT VALID?
When the buyer makes special changes for himself before purchasing the product, in products that are not suitable for return due to use and quality, in software programs with audio and video recordings opened by the buyer after delivery, in products that may deteriorate in a short time or whose expiry date has expired and whose price is determined according to the stock market. The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products such as gold and jewelery that are exchangeable.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN IT PRODUCTS
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal for IT products, the original box in which the product is placed must not be damaged. In addition, if a mobile phone or computer is purchased, inserting a SIM card or connecting to Wi-Fi eliminates the right of withdrawal. Opening and repairing the product outside of the technical service are among the reasons that eliminate the right of withdrawal.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT WITHDRAWAL
When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the seller pays the shipping fee. Use of the purchased product provided that it is not damaged does not preclude the right of withdrawal. If the product is packaged in such a way that there is no damage when delivered from the cargo, keeping a record of the cargo will benefit your right of withdrawal.
PERIOD REQUIRED BY THE BUYER TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
The buyer must use his right of withdrawal to return the product and send the shipping information to the site from which he purchased the product within 3 days after notifying the seller. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be used.
PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
The right of withdrawal valid for every consumer, that is, the product return condition, is as above. However, companies themselves can extend this period. The return period, which is at least 7 days, may increase depending on the periods provided to you by the companies.
